Terms of Service
By accessing or using Freeparty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Using Freeparty
You may use Freeparty only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You must be responsible for your conduct, your content, and your activity on the platform.
2. Age requirements and minors
You must meet the minimum digital-consent age required in your jurisdiction to create and use an account. Where local law sets a higher age, that higher age applies.
- United States: generally 13+ (COPPA baseline); some state privacy laws apply additional protections for minors.
- European Union/EEA: 13-16 depending on member state implementation.
- United Kingdom: 13+ baseline with additional safeguards for minors.
- Canada: age of meaningful consent varies by province/territory and context.
- Australia/New Zealand and other regions: local child and privacy law governs minimum age and consent handling.
Where available, minor accounts can enable parental controls that require a verified guardian email approval before protected privacy/content settings are changed.
This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for compliance with local law, including any parental/guardian consent requirements.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not impersonate another person, brand, or organization in a misleading way.
- You may not create accounts for spam, abuse, ban evasion, or automated manipulation.
- We may suspend, limit, or remove accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content to Freeparty, you give us permission to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and its features.
5. Prohibited behavior
- Illegal content or unlawful activity
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse
- Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive promotion
- Malware, exploits, or attempts to disrupt platform security
- Impersonation or identity misrepresentation
- Posting content that violates the rights of others
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review content, investigate reports, remove material, restrict reach, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when needed to enforce our rules, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
If your account is actioned and an appeal path is available, follow the instructions provided in the notification or through Support.
7. Service availability
Freeparty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Termination
You may stop using Freeparty at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for users or the platform, or used the service in a way that harms operations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Freeparty and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's primary jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by non-waivable local consumer law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Freeparty after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
